How do I create a new workspace?
Navigate to the Workspaces page and click the "New Workspace" button. Enter a job title and detailed job description including required skills, experience, and qualifications. Click "Save" to create your workspace.
What file formats are supported for resume uploads?
Currently, ResumRank supports PDF format for resume uploads. Make sure your files are not password-protected and contain selectable text (not scanned images).
How many resumes can I upload at once?
You can upload multiple resumes at once for batch processing. The system supports up to 50 resumes per batch, with each file not exceeding 10MB in size.
How does the resume ranking algorithm work?
Our AI-powered algorithm analyzes resumes against the job description by evaluating skills, experience, education, and keyword matches. It uses natural language processing to understand context and relevance, not just keyword counting.
Can I save my ranking results?
Yes, all ranking results are automatically saved to your workspace. You can access them anytime by navigating to the workspace and selecting the "Past Results" tab.
How can I export my results?
You can export your results in PDF or CSV format by clicking the "Export" button on the results page. PDF exports include detailed candidate information, while CSV exports are ideal for further data analysis.
How do I update my profile information?
You can update your profile information by clicking on your profile icon in the top-right corner and selecting "Profile Settings". From there, you can edit your personal information, contact details, and preferences.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, go to "Profile Settings" from the dropdown menu under your profile icon. Select the "Security" tab and click "Change Password". You'll need to enter your current password and then your new password twice.
Can I have multiple users on my account?
Yes, enterprise accounts support multiple users with different permission levels. Contact your account administrator to add new users or adjust permissions. Individual accounts are limited to a single user.
Why am I getting upload errors?
Upload errors typically occur due to file format issues, file size limitations, or network connectivity problems. Make sure your PDFs are not password-protected, are under 10MB each, and that you have a stable internet connection.
The system isn't recognizing text in my PDFs. Why?
Our system requires PDFs with selectable text. If your PDF contains scanned images of text, you'll need to process it through OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software first to make the text selectable and searchable.
I'm experiencing UI issues. What should I do?
First, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. If issues persist, try using a different browser. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for optimal performance. If problems continue, please contact our support team.
How do I add new users to my organization?
As an administrator, navigate to the "Admin Panel" from the main menu, then select "User Management". Click "Add User" and fill in the required information. You can set appropriate permission levels for each user based on their role.
Can I monitor system usage?
Yes, administrators can access usage analytics from the Admin Panel. This includes information on the number of workspaces created, resumes processed, and active users. You can also export these reports for further analysis.
